The villa is conveniently located on the first floor. Beautifully furnished it enjoys an ocean and pool view from the kitchen and living areas. The master bedroom is appointed with a queen size bed, spacious closet, chest of drawers, mirror, and private bath. The guest bedroom is appointed with two twin beds and furnished in rattan. It also offers a spacious closet and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living room is comfortably furnished and has a TV, VCR, and CD stereo. The living room deck overlooks the ocean and pool. The kitchen has been recently remodled and upgraded.
All the comforts of home are found in this villa: washer/dryer, fridge/freezer with ice maker, range, oven, microwave, all linens, terry, pots, pans, kitchen appliances, TV, VCR, stereo, high speed internet, etc.
Located just 15 minutes from beautiful historic Beaufort, one hour from Savannah Airport, one hour from Hilton Head, and one hour fifteen minutes to historic Charlston or the airport.
