The 19th century is complimented by the 21st century in the kitchen, with custom cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a double door refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, glass top stove, microwave and garbage disposal. Every cooking utensil is provided to prepare gourmet feasts and the breakfast bar is the perfect place to sit while watching someone else do the cooking.
If you decide not to go out on the town, you can always watch the 42 inch flat screen plasma TV with DVD/CD/Surround Sound. The dining table sits six comfortably. The step-down Florida room overlooks the gardens and pool. A full bathroom on the main floor features a shower and is convenient to use while enjoying the large heated pool and tropical gardens.
There are 4 porches, upstairs and downstairs, so there’s plenty of personal space available.
The Pool Area:
The back yard has to be seen. In a town where any yard at all is a blessing, this home has a huge back yard and pool area. The pool is very large as well, with areas of sun and shade to keep everyone happy. There are two different dining areas and plenty of chaises.
The Accommodations:
There are a total of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and DVD players. The first bedroom is on the main floor and has a king bed. The master bedroom, with a queen bed and in-suite bathroom, has double French doors that open to a private back deck. The third bedroom features a king bed. Lastly, the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front second story porch with seating. There is a hall bath for these two bedrooms with double sinks, granite cabinet tops, tub and shower.
