Although newly decorated in lively ocean colors and sea life motif to complement the lovely beach setting, this condo retains the charm and character of Mexico. Located on a private beach very near the legendary Manny’s beach club, this condo offers the ocean just outside the back door and a street lined with popular restaurants and bars such as Pink Cadillac just outside the front door. Dance the night away or watch the sun rise over the ocean without ever getting in a vehicle! The master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has twin beds. A private casita provides the third bedroom with queen bed, private bath and separate entrance. The fully equipped kitchen has a coffee maker, blender, microwave, and toaster. The living room has a 32" TV, satellite, DVD player, AM/FM/CD player, and fireplace. On the ocean side is a large patio with a built-in charcoal barbecue (bring own charcoal) and patio furniture. Other amenities include central heat and A/C and a two-car garage. Owner requests No Smoking inside. One small dog is ok. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided (bring your own beach towels).
