Country cottage with own garden in a peaceful artistic historical town, with a XIII century Castle and stone buildings and church and a close walking golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. It’s very near from the town of Santander only 15 minutes by car from the airport and ferry and is a 5 km of the beautiful coastal village of Pedreña at the south of the Bay of Santander. There are hour ferry services to the city of Santander crossing the spectacular marvellous bay. Pedreña have two golf courses more: La Junquera and the Real Golf. Those courses offer fantastic views of the bay and the city and the distant Picos de Europa Mountains. The house have the optimal situation to visit the best Cantabric sea beaches like Somo, Loredo, Langre, Galizano, etc. many miles of beaches with fine white sand and is very close to national park of Carbaceno (6 km) and the busy town of Solares (3 km) with its natural hot spring water spa resort and its busy shop, restaurants and bars.

The property offers complete self catering facilities for up to 6 people comfortably with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet, The living room with fireplace and dinning area for 6 people have a comfortable double opening sofa bed. The kitchen is integrated at the same area. The house was building at the traditional way with recovery historical buildings stones and oak wood structure by his owner who is also the architect of this and others stone houses around. All the rooms have the beautifully oak rafters on view and restored antiques furniture.
