Ground floor. Large living room with enormous panoramic window giving views over the open rolling countryside to the famous Lincolnshire Wolds. Tastefully furnished. 42' flat screen TV. Sound system wired throughout the property. Fitted kitchen, fully equipped with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumbler dryer. Double bedroom with glazed door giving access to terrace. Wet room shower, handbasin, loo etc ,all suitable for disabled use. The ground floor is all oak floored. Hallway with stairs to second floor. Galleried landing. Master double bedroom en suite with bath. double hand basins and loo. Single bedroom. Use of large garden. Ample parking. Pets allowed. No smoking. Disabled access.

The Humber Bridge is situated to the north 15 min drive and to the East are the Lincolnshire Wolds and on to the Coast. The largest Antique centre in Europe is 5min away. Horse Racing at Market Rasen is 15mins away
