This 85m2 apartment is on the ground floor of a 300 year old farm house in the quiet hamlet of Les Moulin, Servoz , situated next to open fields and a stunning river great for fishing. Situated 10 minutes drive from the nearest skiing resort in the Chamonix valley and in the summer has direct access to some of the best hiking and mountain biking from the front door. The apartments has been recently renovated with its original wooden features and has 2 large bedrooms , 2 bathrooms one with large double ended bath and an ensuite wet room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer and Smeg retro fridge. The front room has TV, satellite, internet and access to a south facing terrace. There is also use of garden and large cave . Baby sitting is available on request. The apartment is available for season, weekly rental or possibly long term let. The immediate area is stunning rugged soaring mountains with tranquil mountain lakes and woodland. The area is world famous for its climbing and skiing and other alpine activities .
