The spacious newly refurbished apartment is located in Guadalmina Baja, within the grounds of a prestigious & secure complex with underground car parking, beautifully maintained gardens, choice of 2 swimming pools, within the grounds of a 5* golf course which is next to San Pedro & 2.5 miles from Puerto Banus. The apartment is on the ground floor & consists of 2 bedrooms,2 bathrooms, separate modern fully fitted kitchen for self catering & utility room with washer,dryer & large dining-living room which has Sky, 42' Plasma TV, DVD player with DVD collection, Wi console with games iPod dock. This leads onto a 30m2 secluded garden inc.15m2 covered marble terrace with patio heater for alfresco dining. The apartment is newly redecorated & very well equipped with air conditioning & central heating throughout. A 5 min walk takes you to the local beach & bus services to Estepona/San Pedro/Puerto Banus/Marbella plus local supermarket, shops & restaurant, are all within a short walking distance

Additional information about rental rates

  • Minimum rental in 'High' season is one week. In 'Low or Mid' season minimum rental is for 2 nights. Additional days pro rata to weekly rate. We accept bookings starting and finishing on any day. We can accommodate flexible periods, please contact us for specific requirements.
    A non-refundable reservations deposit of 50% is required. The FULL BALANCE is payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival at the property. On arrival a cash deposit of €200 will also need to be paid to the local key holder. Laundry and cleaning is NOT included in the rental and the charge will be deducted from the cash deposit and balance fully refundable on the return of keys and confirmation that no loss or damage has occurred during your stay at the property. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure require full payment.
    Saturday is a preferred changeover day, this can be flexible. Check in is from 3pm check out by 10am.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay for 6 days, the apartment was perfect, the complex with the pools and garden very nice. We can raccomend it to evrybody.

Lovely apartment - great holiday!!

My husband and I stayed here for a week in February 09. It is a lovely apartment complex with very well maintained gardens and pool. The apartment was nicely furnished and had great outdoor space for eating and sunbathing. Also was good to have secure parking. It is very easy to get from the apartment to local amenities and all popular sightseeing spots. Overall we had a great holiday and would not hesitate to go back.
