Month-long Rentals or Naval Family Rentals. This 1920 four-square home has just been renovated! Still hanging pictures! It's located in a charming neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown shops, and restaurants. It has a private driveway (2-3 cars easily), a lovely, spacious front porch, and huge back yard. It's perfect for a family or 2+ couples. Wifi makes it easy to search & plan.

Newport is magical... with history (established in 1639), architectural charm, pruned hedges, parks and gardens, water views, and scenic walks or drives in every direction. It's famous as the historic summer destination for the rich and famous from NYC & entire east coast. Visitors can tour their mansions, wander about the town, go to the beach, and enjoy dining on the harbor. Shops and restaurants are plentiful, and range from very high-end to very reasonable.

Walk, bike or drive to harbor, beaches, shopping, or dining. Let the charm of this city envelop you! Cook at home or dine out. Wifi, HDTV, comfort,charm and privacy. Off-street parking.

There are 3 Bedrooms, and the capacity to sleep 4-8 people. Fully furnished kitchen, outdoor gas grill, brand new washer/dryer in the pantry area. All open floor plan. 1/2 bath on ground floor. 2 full baths on 2nd floor. Master Suite & Walk in Closet.

Enjoy a nice cross breeze when you open all the windows!

This home was purchased with a vision. It has elegant bones, but needed a total renovation. Every detail has been carefully thought out and executed with quality. It has 2.5 all new bathrooms, a sparkling new kitchen.

This house has high ceilings, large scale rooms, and a wonderful open flow. I think you will love it as much as I do! A great place to hang your hat, while you are out enjoying the beauty of the area! It has a very spacious front porch and big back yard.
