This is an exceptional home in a fantastic neighborhood. It is a wonderful retreat and makes for a great getaway.
Its a single family townhouse with no one living above or below. Parking is on site and the location is priceless.
This home met all of our needs and then some. Traveling with and accommodating three kids is a lot of work. This home made the job much easier. There was plenty of space with a nice bedroom and bath in the back of the house (great for parents) and a comfortable bedroom and bath in the front for the kids. The beds/linens/pillows were all very comfortable which contributed to sound sleeping after all the walking we did over 6 days. The house is well maintained and comfortably appointed and fully stocked with amenities needed for a traveling family. A huge flat screen TV was great to have in the living area as well. Pac Heights is a safe neighborhood from which you can easily get to all the main attractions. There are plenty of bus stops close by and Uber is everywhere. Fillmore is a 4 block walk for plenty of shopping and dining. There are also a number of markets and eateries even closer. If we visit SF again- This is where we will book our stay.
Beautiful historic townhouse in San Francisco - unusual architectural details and a ton of natural light are part of the charm of this home. Comfortably furnished with a beautiful private garden in back, it has all of the details that make a vacation rental feel like a home. Convenient access to Fillmore and the Marina districts. There is quite a bit of construction taking place in the neighborhood, so just be prepared for some detours or a bit of background noise.
We rented this apartment as a home base for a week of sightseeing in San Francisco. If you don't mind walking hills, the location was great. The architecture in Pacific Heights is amazing. Transportation was easy - we took the bus going in many directions. The apartment itself was lovely and well appointed. Our teenage daughters (13 and 16) loved the Tiffany blue front bedroom and adjoining bath. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable. We enjoyed amazing views from the park nearby.
Location was great, and beds were comfortable after days full of walking/hiking/biking around san francisco. Great home that felt like you were visiting friends as the art and furniture were stuff you may indeed buy for your own house.
I have to start by saying that the rental company Boutikia was very prompt in their communication and very helpful during the booking process. The house itself was exceptionally suitable for us, two couples in our 40s, visiting San Francisco from Colorado.
The furnishings were classy, comfortable and well thought out. The layout of the bedrooms, with one in the front and one in the back, gave us enough separation. The high ceilings, the deck and the lovely garden just added to the overall beauty of the place. The kitchen was well organized and had everything we needed. The two bathrooms were well located. The house had laundry and parking, two must haves for us.
The location was great, on Divisadero street, near a number of eateries and a short hop from the Marina district. We had such a blast that it was difficult for us to leave. If I am lucky enough to visit San Francisco again, I would love to rent this place again.
