La Casa de Linda is a gorgeous, beautifully decorated beachfront town home that has 4 bedrooms and 4½ baths--the master bedroom has a king bed, ocean view with access to a covered patio, beautiful boveda ceiling and large bathroom with double sinks and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own bath, and the third bedroom has two twins and also has its own bathroom with shower. The fourth bedroom are separate living quarters with a king size bed and its own living area and kitchen. The kitchen in the main house is fully equipped, including dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The living room is inviting and comfortable with ample seating including a queen hide-a-bed, decorative fireplace, a beautiful boveda ceiling, wet bar and a wonderful view of the Sea of Cortez. The covered outside patio has a gas grill and patio furniture. Other amenities include central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout, TV/VCR, DVD, and Satellite TV, and two-car garage. Owner requests No Smoking Inside, Pets allowed with Extra Security Deposit. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays. Turnday: Any.
