Close to Villefranche-sur-Mer and the exclusive area of St. Jean-Cap-Ferrat with its stunning walks along the coast. The property is a fully air conditioned villa which has been completely renovated to an exceptional standard with no expense spared and is fitted out to the highest standard. The elegant, open-plan kitchen, dining and living room on the first floor opens onto a beautiful 50 sqm terrace, ideal for entertaining and with a stunning sea view. On the ground floor there are 4 double bedrooms, 3 with en-suite bathrooms and one separate bathroom. In the basement there is a summer kitchen with direct access to the pool area. There is also a bathroom, a laundry room and technical room. Outside there is a pretty garden and a pool area. Here you will find a lounge and 6 sun beds from DEDON.

Situated in the village of Beaulieu sur Mer close to the Main Street and Square and 5 minutes walk from the beach, Casino and tennis club. Beaulieu sur Mer is about 10km east of Nice and 10km west of Monaco and on a regular train line which services all of the main towns along the coast. There are numerous restaurants and bars in close proximity. Nice International Airport is about 16 km away and the motorway is best approached from Cap d'Ail. It takes about 1 hour to drive to Cannes, Valbonne, Vence, Grasse and Antibes and 2 hour to St. Tropez. Italia is a 40 min drive.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Full rent payable in advance. A security deposit of 2,500 is required with each letting, this will be used in the event of breakages and/or owner not receiving house back as it was. Please note the booking is not confirmed until 35% rental deposit is paid. If booking is canceled then deposit is lost. On arrival day access is at 4pm and departure day is 10am. Cleaning at departure and 2 hours of cleaning mid-week is included. Extra cleaning can be provided at an extra cost. Linen and towels provided. Gardener, pool maintenance man, management and cleaner have unrestricted access to house. Owner if necessary. Owner accepts no liability for loss or injury.
  • Summer months include May June July August and September.
    Please note additional rates apply at Easter, Grand Prix weekend and Christmas/New Year.

Glorious villa, with terrific sea views.

We have just had 10 glorious days staying at this villa. It is all it claims to be and more. To be able to walk into town, with its cafes, bars and shops, whilst being situated in a quite cul de sac away from the bustle was a delight. The view from the upper balcony was breathtaking, it would have been very easy just to sit outside and not move. The villa is wonderfully equipped, it has all you could need and more. We were able to relax and enjoy the wonderful coastline, with all its bays and bars and restaurants. However, you can very happily spend your time in the delightful town of Beaulieu, and its port, another walkable destination with a number of cafes, bars and restaurants.
The villa itself was clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. It was equipped to a very high standard, including toys for children to use in the pool. The directions from Nice airport were spot on and very easy to follow. We were met on arrival and were given a guided tour with explanations as necessary. The backup team were excellant. When we hit a problem it was dealt with straight away.
I would recommend this villa to anyone, especially with a family, our grandsons loved it!

Fully met our expectations of excellence

This is a magnificent property recently redeveloped to a very high standard.Furniture and equipment leave nothing out. Location is excellent in the attractive town of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Web site is totally accurate. Service support from the manager, Charlotte, was first class. Good selection of restaurants in the area ranging from the relatively expensive African Queen to a choice of more modestly price restaurants.

We didn't use the trains bot there seemed to be great sevices. I'm convinced you could manage very well here without car rental.The train station is a short walk away.

Choir singing from the Anglican Church next door on Sunday morning adds to charm.

The local supermarket is very adequate and is within walking distance.

This property just will not dissappoint.

Outstanding villa, outstanding location!!

We stayed in the villa for the last week in August and first week in September 2009. This villa is perfect for a family holiday or a group of friends. It is extremely well equiped and has everything you need to enjoy your stay, from a baby chair to Wedgewood plates!! All the furnishings and equipment are extremely high quality and the house was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented when we arrived. The integrated air conditioning system in all the rooms kept the villa lovely and cool. The view from the lounge terrace was beautiful, looking over the bay of Cap Ferrat. The owners agent is very helpful and is at your disposal during your stay, she kindly helped us secure a booking in a top class restaurant and got us the best seat in the house!! The owner of the villa was very friendly and helpful.
The location of the villa is ideal being a short walk to the train station that serves all the towns along the Cote D'Azur, you can't hear the trains from the villa. In fact, even though it is on the edge of town the villa is lovely and quiet. The local supermarket and patisserie are a short walk, fresh croissants for breakfast are two minutes away!! There are plenty of nice restaurants within easy walking distance, Cafe del Mar down in the port was particularly good.
We can't recommend this villa enough and hope to return soon!

Superb Villa!!!

We had a great week in the end of June 2009 with another family and the house was truly excellent. The house was really completely renovated to an exceptional standard with everything you could wish for! We also loved Beaulieu with all the nice restaurants, shops and beaches.
We enjoyed our days by the pool and evenings on the terrace with the view of Cap Ferrat and the sea. You do not need a car to stay at the house since it is so centrally located. We visited to local bakery every morning for fresh croissants:-) It is a 2 min walk! We hope to come back next year!
