The beaches are well maintained with a variety of both private and public areas available. There are two ports, the main one being Port Hercule, for people watching and admiring the most luxurious super-yachts the world has to offer. This is a must. Port Hercule plays host to annual events such as the Boat Show, Grand Prix, International Show Jumping and many more.

Private and secure balcony which is not overlooked allowing sunbathing or al fresco dining, something I can recommend whilst the sun sets over the Med, no other apartment can offer such fabulous views from such a prominent position in the building, size is not everything when it comes to location, panoramic views or quality of life.
