Enjoy all Chatham has to offer. Location, Location, Location! Views of Claflin Landing Beach, Chatham Harbor, North Beach & the Atlantic! Walk to everything from this quintessential cape style home. The beach is across the street! Walk two blocks west and you are in the center of town on Main Street. Shop to your hearts content, enjoy a meal at one of the many restaurants in town or grab an ice cream cone and walk back to your summer getaway! Property can sleep 6-8.

First floor master suite with private bath and a queen bed. Second floor with two additional bedrooms and a full bath. One with a double bed, the other with a twin and pull-out trundle. Living room also offers a full-size sleeper. Many rooms freshly painted, furnished and decorated for the summer beach season.

About Edward Skopas

We have vacationed in Chatham for nearly 25 years and have always dreamed of owning a property in this area. This property was purchased in April 2012. We have been busy preparing the home for visitors and guests and want to share the joy of escaping to the Cape with our family and many friends. We hope to make many new friends by enabling you to share in the experience of Chatham.
