Anyone who has vacationed in Hilton Head knows it is a special place. If you have never been to Hilton Head before, you are probably considering a vacation here because you have heard positive things. Within Hilton Head, we think Sea Pines is even more special and more unique. Many of the island’s most well-known attractions, Harbor Town, the Harbor Town Links, the South Beach Marina, and the Salty Dog Cafe are located here.

When you vacation in Sea Pines, your expectations are high. The beaches are pristine, the bike paths and common areas are manicured, the restaurants and shops are charming. Everywhere you look, everything you see, reflects attention to the smallest detail to ensure the beauty of Sea Pines is uncompromised.

This is the mindset we have at 1744 Bluff Villas. We believe the magnificence of Sea Pines shouldn’t end when you walk into your vacation home. Our villa is completely updated: granite countertops, custom cabinets, modern furniture and décor, flat panel TV’s, free phone, HD cable, and wireless internet. Everything you need or could want to make sure your time inside our villa is relaxing and hassle-free.

When we bought our villa in 2012, we wanted to make our vacation home a pleasurable and relaxing escape. And we think we did a good job. Read our reviews. About Josh and Laura Berry

We both grew up vacationing in the Carolinas. We have been coming to Hilton Head Island for 13+ years and decided to make our dreams come true by purchasing our own beach property. Plus, as a military family, we wanted to provide our kids a place they can always call home.

We have looked at beach properties in North Carolina, Texas, and Florida, but we could not find anything that topped Sea Pines. We feel it is the best that Hilton Head Island has to offer. South Beach is a fantastic area for families and Bluff Villas is a beautiful complex. As soon as we saw this villa, we knew it was 'the one' we have been waiting for.

What makes this villa unique

We love the location of the property at the front of the complex, making it a short 3 minute walk to the beach! Plus, all the amenities of South Beach are a short walk through Bluff Villas. Biking trails, tennis, and South Beach marina are all steps away. Lastly, we love the open feeling our 3 floor villa has with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows to let in light. On the back side of our property are unobstructed views of Braddock's Cove. We think the location is perfect.

We absolutely loved your villa. Despite the unusually cold week, we had a great time. Quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the location as it was near the beach, the shops, and Salty Dog. Our daughter's tennis team was just around the bend next to the South Beach tennis courts, which was ideal. Thank you, again, for allowing us a lovely, memorable week with our daughter.

Great condo for our stay at Hilton Head. The condo was roomy and impeccably clean. This had one of the best beach accesses in Sea Pines right across the street from the condo. It was nice to walk to the marina and eat at The Salty Dog under 5 minutes away. Working with the owners was efficient and friendly. We would rent here again without question.

Nice clean villa with lots of room and lots of light. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was included. Owners communicated extremely well with me, the renter. Lovely location in the toe of Sea Pines, away from a lot of the typical activity of Sea Pines. Beautiful beach just across the street. Great value for the location. Can't get much closer than this to the beach in Sea Pines at such a reasonable rate.

My wife and I had stayed at Bluff Villas once before and decided to go back with some family MLK weekend. This condo was wonderful. Very very nice and clean. I can't tell you how great it was. Plenty of space, well furnished just amazing. Josh and Laura were great to work with.
