Nymphie Erato, is a new stone-built, spacious three-bedroom villa with private pool , in large grounds with mature olive and fruit trees. Located in Nio Chorio, in an unspoilt yet accessible position, enjoying stunning views of the White Mountains. It is excellent for relaxation, offering a perfect base for countryside walks and bike rides. The sandy beaches of Kalives (3.5km) and Almirida (5km) are a few minutes drive away. The villa has three spacious bedrooms, a twin and a double on the ground floor, sharing a well designed bathroom (with bath). The master bedroom is on the first floor with en-suite large bathroom (bath and separate shower). All have their own veranda/balcony looking out to the olive grove. The well equipped kitchen has dishwasher, full size oven with hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine.The sitting room with plasma TV a and fireplace has immediate access to the terrace/pool area. Full air conditioning, washing machine, iron. Maid service twice weekly

The Apokoronas region to the east of Chania is a very picturesque,fertile area with several sandy beaches at Almirida, Kalives and Georgioupolis.Many authentic villages are in short distance beyond the beach, like Armeni,Nio Chorio and Vamos.Our villa is between Armeni and Nio Chorio,in a quiet farmaland area,perfect for walking and biking, yet only 2.5kms from the sandy beach. In Nio Chorio and Armeni there are several excellent local tavernas, one with a creche for children,few within walking distance from the villa(1km). The village Kalives in 2.5kms offers great choice in shops,cafes and supermarkets, and two sandy beaches,one on either side of it. Almirida (6kms) has also a lovely sandy beach and available watersports (windsurfing,boat trips,snorkelling) and excellent seafood tavernas right by the waterfront. Vamos, a cultural center,has often exhibitions of painters and artists and theme tavernas and coffeshopand Gavalochori,famous for its Folk Museum and Bobbin lace
