The townhome offers a great deal of flexbility for traveling families and easily accommodates 2-10 people. The Duplex only, will sleep up the 8 people. There are two private bedrooms and one full bathroom on the upper level of the duplex. (One king bedroom and one double bedroom). On the ground level of the Duplex there is a full kitchen, patio, living room, dining room that seats 8, full bath and four single bed ottomans strategically located on this level. Sleep arrangements on this level is ideal for same gender individuals and children since there is no private sleeping quarters. The townhome also offers two private studio suites on the second level, one comfortably equipped with two twin beds and the other has a queen size bed along with the convenience of a kitchenette for light cooking; each has private bathrooms. In order to accommodate up to 10 people, you would need to rent the duplex and one studio apartment. Smoking is allowed in back yard area only. Parties or events are not permitted unless expressly agreed to in writing by separate agreement. Please include a brief narrative of the nature of your visit.
