This beautiful provincial, family villa on two levels has a private pool and three outside eating areas to choose from, one of which has a BBQ. Set high with views of the sea and mountains there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms and it has a large balcony where one can sit and relax. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped and has a bar table with chairs. The large dining lounge area is south facing and with its blue and cream furnishings it is very cool and relaxing. There is satellite TV, DVD, video and a good sound system and many DVD's to choose from. The mature garden has many old olives trees as well as oleanders and lavender and there are two grassed terraces one of which has a trampoline. The pool with 2 ½ sq m plage that is no more than 20cm in depth is part of the main pool and ideal for those who want to unwind. It is set on the lower terrace and has an alarm. It is exposed to the sun for all the day and has many sun loungers around it.

This property is located in the quiet provincial village of Le Rouret. There's a good selection of shops, two pizza restaurants and the Michelin star restaurant Le Clos St Pierre all located within walking distance. There's a large wooded area to explore and at the top Camp Roman there are breath taking 360 deg views of the mountains and the sea. Within half an hours drive are many perched villages including Chateauneuf, Opio, St Paul de Vence, Gourdon and Tourette sur Loup. Just a little further are the sea side towns of Nice, Antibes and Cannes where during the summer months one can enjoy the sea, beachside restaurants and stunning firework displays at night. Within an hour is the vibrant Italian border town of Ventimilia, Monaco and St Tropez. Behind is the quieter cooler interior with beautiful old world villages of Greoliere, Coursols and Gourge de Verdon. Most sports one can think of are available and there is something for every age group and interest.

    Two weeks for Three Thousand pounds.
    For this period we are now offering a very special rate of TWO THOUSAND POUNDS for the two weeks.
    Please e-mail or call for details.
    Will accept Euros also at current exchange rate.
    Included in the rate is the weekly cleaning, linen and maintenance of pool and gardens.
    If you would like a mid-week clean this can be arranged at an extra charge.
    Normal use of phone to local and overseas fixed lines is free.
  • A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance must be paid in full one month prior to arrival. A security deposit of €400 is required and is fully refundable when villa is checked and there are no outstanding bills.
  • For the period June 24th - July 8th we have a special offer of Three Thousand Pounds with a free cleaning service mid-way. NOW DISCOUNTED TO 1,200 pounds for a week or TWO THOUSAND POUNDS for two weeks.
    Ideal for those who would like to beat the summer rush and the crowds of the Cote d'Azur and still enjoy the sun, the sea and the mountains at their best.
