Photos and Description of the Honiton vacation rental A 6 bed Georgian Farmhouse with indoor pool in farmland setting

The main house has a shared courtyard with other cottages and has been modernised to a very high standard. There are 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all with bath and shower. The large kitchen with a huge Aga cooker and granite work surfaces fully equipped and is adjacent to the large dining area seating 10 - 12. The comfortable sitting room has a woodburner in the inglenook fireplace with TV, DVD player and music center. There is a well stocked library. The garden has great views over pasture and farmland. The market towns of Honiton and Axminster are nearby and the coastal towns of Lyme Regis, Beer and Branscombe are a short drive away. There are pleanty of good pubs in the area.

Walkers will find excellent footpaths crisscrossing the Blackdown Hills. There are plenty of good pubs in the area for pleasant stops along your journey.

Notes: In the kitchen there is a large 3 door aga with an electric 2 door oven matching adjacent. There is a large studio with table tennis and exercise balls as this was used as a fitness room. Adjacent is the cloakroom with shower and wc and adjacent again is the indoor heated pool. There is a croquet lawn with croquet set provided.
