Photos and Description of the Kodiak vacation house rental

Oceanfront 3 bedroom/2 bath home features awesome deck and steps to the beach. Views of ocean, surrounding islands and mountains. Spacious guest bedroom features comfortable king size bed; there is a futon on site if additonal accomodations are needed. The main area of the home includes a large kitchen, living room, yoga studio and sunroom. The large oceanfront yard features greenhouses and gardens. There is one friendly cat on site.

Please note that I live in the home and only rent one room in order to maintian a private and tranquil atmosphere for guests. If you are looking for a mellow and laid back place to stay that features a sepectacular oceanfront location and wonderful homey atmosphere then come to Let It B & B!

I fell in love with Kodiak's natural wild beauty when I first moved here in the mid-1990s and the community grabbed my heart and never let go. Kodiak is a special place with incredible natural beauty and many special and unique people.

I love the private oceanfront location. There is lots of space for gardening and quiet times with the eagles and ravens. The sea lions pass by everyday--will hear their familair 'psssh' alerting you to their daily swim by. This is my dreamhome and once you visit you will know why.

What makes this house unique

Oceanfront with steps to the beach--there are very few homes in Kodiak that have private beach access. The property and home are very private; every effort is made to maintain that. Sunrises, sea lions, eagles, and (occassional) whales in your front yard...the ocean!
