Brand new ground floor spacious (107 sq metres internally and 60 sq metres externally back and front terraces) tastefully furnished apartment offering 3 double bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 shower room with toilet/washbasin, lounge diner, kitchen utility room. All bedrooms & lounge have french doors opening directly onto front and back terraces. Air conditioning with reversible heating. Terrace directly adjacent to communal swimming pool and gardens. Very peaceful location, short walk to all local amenities and the fantastic beaches of Sa Coma and Cala Millor. All bedlinen and towels are provided within the rental cost.

Situated on the edge of Sa Coma. in a road opposite the Punta de Amer nature park and just a 700 metre stroll from Cala Millor beaches and facilities. Also a short stroll to Sa Coma beach, bars & restaurants, Hypermarket stocking international food brands, Biomar Wellness & Thalassa therapy centre with beauty treatments & gymnasium, tennis and golf all within minutes of the apartment. Local glass bottom boat travels along other coastal resorts, many local markets and nearby to the famous Caves of Drach at Porto Cristo.

Stayed at this apartment for two weeks September 2009. The apartment was amazing, we couldn't believe how nice it was, the owners have gone to incredible lengths to make it tasteful and confortable. Well equiped kitchen with all basics like salt, pepper, cooking oil, foil, tea bags,washing detergent, barbeque, cool box for the beach! Also T.V, DVD playe,,Hi Fi, i pod dock, CD's, well stocked book shelves, file with local information, map and places to visit only down side no satellite tv currently installed but the owners have supplied a good selection of DVD's to suit most tastes, also we found we were able to watch sports and matches at the bar/restaurants just a few minutes walk away which had satellite tv.
Resort was great, loved the beaches at Cala Millor and Sa Coma both only a few minutes walk away but our favourite was Sa Coma beach. This resort really has something to suit all tastes whether you are a couple like us or a family or want to relax or be active. The owners had left details of some good decent restaurants covering all price ranges, will definately go back.
