Stunning Olympos 4 combines beautiful views with a prime location and a tasteful, fully equipped interior – all the ingredients of a perfect holiday home. Olympos 4 is a new villa, which enjoys spectacular views of Kalkan Bay from the front and the dramatic Taurus mountains at the rear. Inside the villa is extremely spacious and is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout. All rooms have air conditioning and the villa comfortably sleeps 7 in 3 large well-furnished bedrooms plus nanny's room . The villa is adorned with large terraces for each bedroom. The garden terrace and pool benefit from sun throughout the day and provide the perfect setting for poolside fun, relaxation and alfresco dining. The Villa has a private pool with sea view. Olympos 4 has 4 full bathrooms, one of them is an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and walk-in shower. All bathrooms and terraces are natural stone . All rooms and stairs are marbled. The historic centre of Kalkan is only a 7 mins walk away.

Kalkan is a lovely small hillside town that overlooks a stunning bay. Its quaint, traditional, white-washed houses, shuttered windows and balconies garlanded with brilliant flowers that cascade to the streets below, make it the ultimate in a peaceful holiday town in the Mediterranean region of Turkey (or anywhere in the Med for that matter). Narrow winding streets lined with shops, cafes and restaurants lead down to the charming marina. Every morning boats busily take tourists to one of the nearby beaches or small bays. As the sun sets it is Kalkan style to meet on the roof terraces for a drink before dinner and enjoy the comings and goings of yachts in the marina or simply enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of the Mediterranean. Kalkan was founded about 200 years ago by local Greeks and Turks who named it ‘Kalamaki’. The oldest building in the town is the mosque above the harbor, which originally was a Greek Orthodox Church until the 1920's.

The location and the property are both brilliant. The house was clean, well equipped and had amazing bathrooms. The outside pool area is fantastic! It is possible to spend all day just lazing around the pool, as the views of the sea and the town are captivating.Everything is within easy walking distance. Kalkan is a very vibrant and busy town with wonderful places to eat and a lovely little beach.It is possible to arrange boat trips and various tours to surrounding areas. Local beach clubs also offer various water sports.
The owner was friendly and extremely helpful and we would certainly recommend this area and villa. we hope to return soon.

Majestic views and excellent accomodation

The bathrooms are fantastic, the accomodation is generally in very good taste. Most important are the excellent views and well layed out terraces. South facing, the villa is perfectly placed to capture the entire sunset as it settle over the bay of Kalkan. It also has excellent views of Kalkan at night. Can spend days and days just enjoying the grandeur of it all.

Being very close to town (there is a path right below the villa) is just an added bonus.

The area around (including the roads) could be in better condition

Generally, had a smashing time!
