3 Meols Court is a luxurious, ground floor two-bedroom holiday/business apartment. It is superbly fitted and comprises a large lounge/dining room with television, CD/DVD player with 'all round sound', luxurious couch & coffee table. A dining area with oval table that seats six. The adjacent contemporary kitchen has a leather paneled breakfast bar. It is fully fitted with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, induction hob, double oven and wine cooler & ample crockery & utensils. The Master Bathroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobe & en-suite shower room. The second Bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed, The ‘family’ bathroom has a shower and bath. The apartment has central heating and Wireless Broadband Internet access and Video Intercom to front door.There is on-site parking.The grassed area to the rear, has a gate with direct access to the Royal Liverpool Golf Links. We can arrange a hospitality pack for your convenience if required.

Wirral has private and municipal golf courses (ten private and four municipal) with a stunning and diverse range of scenery in naturally beautiful surroundings. Sailing and Windsurfing on West Kirbys’ 52 acre marine lake or on the tide of the Dee Estuary with majestic views of North Wales and seals off Hilbre Island. Hoylakes’ great expanse of magnificent beach, at low tide, attracts Sand Yachts and Para Karts. Liverpool, has unique & major attractions and is only 20 minutes via the M53 and the Mersey Tunnel. Or a visit to Chester, only takes 30 minutes. Snowdonia, The Peak District and the Lake District are all within 90mins drive. Liverpool John Lennon Airport is 40 minutes drive and Manchester International Airport 50 minutes.
