The most beautiful sunsets you can imagine. Every night is different. Located in the sunset beach community of Treasure Island. The best of both worlds. Located in a quiet setting where the locals live in a gorgeous beach community, but just a short walk up the beach to get to the tourist hot spots and some of the best beach bars in Florida. In the middle between St. Pete Beach and Madeira Beach.

Sitting eight floors up with a northwest view, this is a paradise for people watching. The beach and Gulf of Mexico, the peaceful village, and the Intercoastal Waterway. You may not want to leave the balcony. Oh yeah, the balcony is huge. Both bedrooms and living room walk right out onto the balcony. This unit also has a 'full' laundry room (not a hallway washer/dryer). This condo is a luxury condo that has been freshly remodeled. It simply has everything. We absolutly love our place. I'm sure you will too. Everyone always does. This is not just a rental condo. It's our second home. We keep it jammed full of everything you'll need to enjoy your stay on the beach. You won't need to bring much more than your clothes, food and drink.

GREAT PLACE ! WE LOVED IT. WE'LL BE BACK FOR SURE. TONS OF THINGS IN THE CONDO FOR EVERYONE. WHAT A NEAT AREA. VERY CLEAN AND UPDATED. NICE AGE MIX OF PEOPLE THERE. WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR SURE. GREAT PLACES TO EAT AND DRINK ALL AROUND THE AREA. THE OWNERS ARE VERY NICE AND VERY HELPFULL.
