This property is a genuine renovated three/four bedroom house adjacent to the owners' house set in a rural village but in close proximity to all amenities. It also benefits from the shared use of the owners 8metre x4metre in ground swimming pool together with sun loungers.

Nearest Train: Ruffec at 10 Miles
Nearest Motorway: N10 at 5 Miles
Car: necessary
Located 10 minutes from Ruffec and just 10 minutes off the N10 approximately half way between Poitiers and Angouleme. Kayaking,etc on the Charente is available from Ruffec. Local bars/Restaurants (English speaking)and local shop are just five minutes away. Futuroscope is approx one hours drive away Orador sur Glane is also approx one hours driveaway. Within easy reach of the Cognac region and supplier locally for Pinot and Cognac. Supermarkets ten minutes away. Velorail approx 35 minutes away. TGV to Paris stops in Ruffec. Angouleme and Poitiers airports are 50 minutes away and Limoges 75 minutes.
