This 9th floor front-line penthouse apartment provides spectacular views out to sea and across the harbour. The apartment has good sized rooms. The lounge area has a wood burner for the colder winter months. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Free-to-air Sky TV channels are provided and you may increase the number of programs by bringing your own Sky TV viewing card with you. The master bedroom has a raised double bed and is en suite. The other has a raised king-size bed with two further single beds. There is also a family bathroom. The sun terrace has large sliding glass windows to provide protection from the weather. There is further dining here plus two relaxer chairs from which you can sit and enjoy the amazing sea views. There is a lift to all floors. There are two swimming pools and one padel tennis court available. This apartment offer good value for money in a quiet central location for 4-6 people looking to stay.

This penthouse apartment is located on the 9th floor of block 1 of the four prominent blocks of apartments (called Puerto Paraiso) which run along the front of Estepona port. This block is furthest away from the port entrance and faces south west. This location benefits when it comes to finding a quiet apartment in the port as most of the noisy nightclubs are far enough away not to be heard. Access to the urbanisation is via an electronic fob key for both pedestrian and parking access. The Port is one of the main locations that people head for when taking a holiday in Estepona due to its close proximity to many restaurants, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs, beaches, coffee shops etc. For those with young children, the nearby Cristo bay with its beach bars offers shallow water, small waves, a sandy beach and a great place for children to make friends. Estepona town is easily walked to from the harbour.

  • Prices given are for four people staying only. Please add 10 Euros extra per person per day up to a maximum of six people. A high speed Internet solution is available from 35 per week or 70 Euros per month. A cot and high chair may be hired for 50 Euros for up to two weeks hire. Bring your Sky TV viewing card with you for extra channels whilst on holiday. Alternatively, a Sky viewing card may be hired for 20 euros per week which provides the Sky multi-channel package (not including premium channels such as sports or movies).

Car hire and Airport transfers: We can also arrange a good reliable car hire for you. You will be met at the arrivals lounge of the airport an directed to the apartment by our car hire firm. Please ask us about this service during the booking process and we are happy to provide you with a fully comprehensive quote. A 3 door Punto will cost around 118 Euros per week. The apartment has a private car parking space in the garage (under the apartments) which is suitable for a saloon car (not 4x4). We can also arrange airport transfers for you from the Airport directly to the apartment.
