The ultimate Lake Tahoe vacation home with gated entry for a private and special lake front retreat. Beautiful, huge boulders, natural landscaping and walkways and new front deck are welcome entrance. Complete remodel of this unique Tahoe home and two private cottages, offers a gourmet kitchen,new professonal quality appliances, huge gas stove and refrigerator, granite counters, and gorgeous slate floors throughout the first level. Open living room, dining room with long, large table and kitchen all have magnificent views from the 40 feet of windows.

Exit these rooms onto terracing decks leading to the waters' edge and hot tub. Swim or drop your kayak, canoes and paddleboards right into water. Refrigerator on third outside deck to keep drinks cold as well as wine cooler/fridge off kitchen. The special features are a piano, CD player, new TVS'DVDS and lots of games. Original, rock fireplace with gas logs, new lake side deck and balcony off two upstairs king bedrooms for panoramic morning views. New hardwood flooring throughout second level with full bath and three bedrooms.

Main house has three bedrooms and two baths, with a king bed in two bedrooms and third bedroom has two single beds, and a new top quality, queen sofabed in the living room with great views, fireplace and TV

Two separate and private cottages each have fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, queen bed in one and double bed in the other, TV and views. Very charming cabins with lots of tile, wood working and special touches throughout, that allow for more privacy and just steps away from main house.

All new furniture, linens, bedding, towels and well equipped kitchens, make for an enjoyable, hassle-free and quiet Tahoe vacation. Located in the small, lake front community of LINCOLN PARK, just before the Cave Rock beach and boat launch.
