La Sirena is a new luxury four bedroom, three-bath beachfront home located in Costa Diamante. The master suite has a beautiful ocean view, queen bed, private patio access, walk-in closet, large full bath with his and hers sinks, and TV Monitor for viewing VCR’s. The second bedroom is a suite with a queen bed and a private large full bath. The third bedroom, also with an ocean view, has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed and one twin. The living, dining and cooking area is very large and open. The living room has a beautiful boveda ceiling, Satellite TV VCR, DVD, radio, plenty of comfortable seating and a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. There is a large eating and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, and most small appliances including, coffee maker, blender microwave and toaster, garbage disposal, and a large breakfast bar that doubles as a preparation area. Other amenities include gorgeous granite countertops throughout the house, a large beachside patio with furniture, fans throughout, a charcoal barbeque (bring own charcoal), two outside showers, Sheets and towels are provided. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets.
