Stunning 4 bedroom house with large outdoor pool, situated within the urbanization of Audiencia, next to Praia Verde, in the unspoilt East Algarve, 15km from Tavira and 8km from Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Set among pine trees and close to all amenities the house is four minutes walk (250 metres)from the superb sandy beach and two restaurants and a cafe/bar. Casa Agape is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus, Monte Rei course, and backs onto a national reserve of pine trees. Casa Agape is a beautiful, comfortable house, with a traditional Portuguese feel,laid out over two floors with terraces overlooking the large swimming pool. It boasts views over the pine forested national park and towards the sea, and is luxuriously furnished throughout its four bedrooms, large living room and dining area, together with a large well appointed part open plan kitchen. The villa is air conditioned and is luxuriously furnished to a very high standard.

Casa de Audiencia ia an exclusive village of around 250 large villa and houses, situated between the towns of Altura and Monte Gordo, and next to the well known Praia Verde Condominium. The area boasts two superb restaurants on the beach itself, and a cafe/bar. In addition, there is a local shop and pastelaria that sells all the basics, plus some superb Portuguese pastries! The beach is 3 minutes walk from the villa, through pine trees,and the beautiful unspoilt sandy beach stretches for miles, Nearby is the Rio Formosa, a nature reserve stretching 67 kilometres along the coast to Faro. The villa backs onto a National Park, full of pine trees surrounding a beautiful unspoilt lake that is a magnet for wild birds and ducks. It is excellent for walking and cycling in. The villa is within five minutes drive of several top golf courses, including the newly opened Jack Nicklaus course at Monte Rei and the Ballesteros course at Quinta do Vale.

  • 25% of full rental cost must be paid on booking. The remaining 75% of the full rental cost must be paid 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. A security deposit of £250 will also be taken at that time. This will be returned within one week of the end of the rental period, subject to any breakages and damage. Air conditioning is included in the rental price. However, excessive use of electricity will result in an additional charge, to cover this.

We are a family of five, 2 adults and three children.
The house is excellent as well as the location.
It is very well equiped, in the kitchen you will find everything to help you cook, the various number of tv channels, wonderful for children, the barbecue, and the pool. Everything is quite clean and very well taken car.
The owners are very friendly.
We want to go back.

We stayed at this lovely villa for six nights and could quite happily have stayed for sixty!
Everything just as described,spotlessly clean and well provided.Due to flight times we were given early access and then enjoyed a nice lunch at the nearby beach restaurant.
Many thanks to Andrew and Else for the warm welcome and a relaxing break.

We’re two families from Belgium (8 people in total) and we’ve just returned from a week’s stay. We had a brilliant time !

The spacious house is wonderful and everything was totally spotless on our arrival! The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor sitting area with BBQ was a bliss.

Our children also soon felt at home in this lovely property, its garden and swimming pool.

The beach was only a short walk away and we enjoyed some very relaxing moments over there, while the kids were ever so busy looking for sea shells or building sand castles.

We had a wonderful sunset dinner in the beach restaurant twice and can highly recommend the Portuguese “Cataplana” – a wonderful fish dish.

The area around the house is very nice, quiet and not too touristy, but has all that is needed with a supermarket, butchers and a few restaurants/bars within walking distance.

We used the property as a base to travel on a number of daytrips, the most enjoyable being Tavira and Seville (over an hour away but well worth it.)

The owner and his wife were really nice people who could not do enough for us. We cannot praise them enough and we were all very sad to leave.

It was really a lovely property and we couldn’t recommend the villa any more, it had everything you would need for a great family holiday!!
