An executive 4 bedroom 3 bathroom villa with Private Pool and Spa located in the popular community of Calabay Parc Tower Lake. The community is just 20 minutes to Disney are shops and restaurants are just 1 minutes away. The lounge is very comfortably furnished and features 2 comfortable sofas and a chair, for your entertainment there is a Cable TV. The fully equipped kitchen has everything that you will need for your stay including cutlery, crockery, fridge/freezer and Cooker. There is also a utility room with a Washing Machine and Dryer. The bedroom configuration consists of a Master ensuite with King sized bed, the Guest Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, the third bedroom has a Queen sized bed and the forth bedroom has Twin beds. The private Pool and Spa is west facing so it gets the sun all day. There is a large pool deck with plenty of space for sunbathing. The covered lanai area provides a shaded retreat from the sun, and is fully furnished with chairs and loungers.
