Take in this charming beach cottage on Emerald Dune Circle with easy beach access, just 200 yards from home and convenient proximity to Scenic Hwy. 30A. Situated within a lovely beach neighborhood, Hibiscus Cottage rests next to a beautiful community pool

Located in the Old Florida Cottages - a beach community in Santa Rosa Beach. This beachside community has a large neighborhood pool in a park like setting. This property backs up to the park and pool area. The beach access is just 200 yards from home.

Palm trees are everywhere, their shade casting a spell of calm and ease. Tucked away in a quiet neighborhood is a 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage which combines the best of the beach – convenience with a sense of belonging. The décor is beachy yet cozy. You can kick back with a drink by the community pool located just steps from the back door.

Gather the family in this large living area with two sofas, one sleeper sofa, and surrounding comfortable chairs. The dining area is located in between the kitchen and living area with seating for 6 at the table and the kitchen countertop that seats 2 bar stools. Next to the fully equipped kitchen is the laundry room with a full size washer and dryer and a half bath on the first floor. The balcony off of the living area has a view of the surrounding community park and pool . There are community gas grills located in the pool area. Outside is an outdoor shower, perfect for a quick, cool rinse after a day at the beach.

Hibiscus Cottage has three bedrooms located on the second floor. The large master suite has plenty of windows and sunshine with a private full bathroom and access to a private balcony overlooking the pool. There is a second bedroom down the hall with a double set of bunk beds for children to play and watch television. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a second full bathroom is locateding in the hallway with easy access for both bedrooms.

Included in your stay enjoy the complimentary free adult bike cruiser and unlimited DVDs, plus exclusive discounts on golf and fishing. Enjoy your free bike cruiser along the Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile long, paved path running the length of Scenic Highway 30A. Golfers can choose from a number of award-winning courses, including Camp Creek, Shark’s Tooth, Origins and Santa Rosa Beach Golf and Beach Club, with discounts available at Kelly Plantation, Camp Creek and Windswept Dunes.

Access to the beautiful aquamarine waters of the Emerald Coast is quick and easy. Leaving Hibiscus Cottage, you head off to the right until you come to the neighborhood entrance. Cross the street (Gulf View Heights Street) to the bike path and turn right. Gulf View Heights Beach is just 200 yards away. Here you’ll have access to men’s and women’s room, outdoor shower, along with all the excitement of a small beach community. Two shaded picnic areas, with 4 tables each, make a perfect place for lunch.

Overall a good experience. One big problem was the oven was broken. I had to repeatedly call the management company to get it fixed and in the end it never was fixed.
