Villa Efelli is a waterfront charming villa, on the shores of the N.W. Ionian sea, in Vrachos beach, between Parga and Preveza cities and across the islands of Paxi and Corfu, Greece. Its unique location, its secluded semi- private beach, with its own umbrellas and chaises lounges, its views and amazing sunsets, make the villa an ideal romantic or family retreat for relaxation and tranquillity. 3 floor stylish house (130 sq.m.), traditionally furnished-Greek style, sleeps up to 8. 2 bathrooms with showers, big verandas facing the sea. The main floor has living room, fire place, kitchen and dining area. The ground floor has a master bedroom, a bedroom for 3 and a bathroom. The upper floor is open, has a sitting area, a double bed, a 1-bed adjacent area and a bathroom. Lovely courtyard (1500 sq.m), with olive and other fruit-bearing trees. Out door shaded dining patio/pergola, with a big marble table, -accommodates up to 10, traditional oven, swings, and an outdoor stone patio/deck.

The villa is located between the picturesque boat harbor of Lygia and the long sandy beach of Vrachos, between Preveza and Parga, Greece. The nearby coastline is dotted with long stretches of sand; beautiful coves and small beaches, accessible by boat or a short scenic drive away. The towns of Parga - a vibrant destination with a variety of sights, activities, shops and nightlife, and Preveza- in the narrow entrance of Amvrakikos Gulf, the old town, its fish taverns that line the harbor-as well as a plethora of remarkable cultural and archaeological sites- the Acheron River and Nekromanteion, the ancient Nicopolis, and Syvota- are within half an hour drive. From the house one can conveniently take excursions to the Ionian islands of Lefkada, Paxi, Corfu, Cefalonia, and Ithaki and inland to the historic city of Ioannina, the traditional villages of Zagoroxoria and the Vikos Gorge, and Meteora. Igoumenitsa , a major European port,( 55 Km), and Aktion/Preveza airport (35 Km).
