Our property is located on the popular La Marina Urbanization, the urbanization is made up of ex pats and British holiday makers as well as local Spanish families. We are located 2 minutes from the nearest well stocked supermarket, bars, cash points, Indian, Chinese and Italian restaurants, butchers and even an opticians!!! The white sandy beach of La Marina is a 5 minute drive away or the popular Guardamar beach is approx 15 mins drive. Guardamar is a delightful Spanish town which has kept its traditions, as you will see if you visit the market on a Wednesday, go early though as it gets very busy and very hot!!!There are many Golf courses close by for those of you that enjoy the odd round or two. Most courses hire clubs if you don't fancy dragging your own on the journey. If you want to travel a little further afield the popular La Manga resort is approx 60 mins drive south. There is plenty to see and do locally, but if you do want to head out for the day, Benidorm is approx 50m.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Full payment is required at time of booking, by cheque or direct bank transfer.
    There is an additional 50 euro cleaning fee paid locally charged on all bookings.
    Airport transfers available at 70 euros (round trip).
  • Long term renters are welcome, rates usually start at 400euros per month plus water and electric. Please contact me to discuss rates and dates.
  • We are open to all suggestions with regards bookings, so please get in touch if you are unsure about any aspect of the booking process or location. We do receive many bookings from relatives of local people so if you need to find out how close we are just give us a ring or drop us an email.
