Most of the region appears to be untouched by time as sleepy, windy lanes reveal thatched roofed cottages and historic buildings and villages such as Lynton in the north of the region and Clovelly in the south. The spacious, comfortable lounge has two large sofas, large reclaimed pine coffee table and open fire, ideal for warm sunny evenings or cosy winter nights. With TV, DVD and CD player you can be as sociable or anti-social as you like!

Kitchen: The sunny kitchen overlooks the pretty garden and is fully equipped for those who want to cook or BBQ. Modern pine units with washing machine, electric double oven and grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, pine dining table and chairs.

Outside: Step out of the kitchen door to the good-sized rear garden, enclosed, level and mainly lawned with attractive shrub border. With garden furniture and BBQ, this private space is perfect for children to play safely, for sitting, relaxing or entertaining. There is an outside shower, perfect for freshening up after your surf or swim in the summer. Off the garden is a workshop/ utility with tumble dryer, additional large freezer and surfboard storage space.
