The beach is only a few steps away from this comfortable home. It is located within walking distance of Turtle Cove Marina and some of the best snorkeling off the beach of Grace Bay.

About Kristi Vestal or Theresa Williams

We are your property management team, Kristi Vestal has known the owners for a few years. The home is great for families and groups and I was happy to know they contacted me to rent it. She has lived on island 13 years and still love it. Kristi started as a dive instructor and then developed the first concierge company of its caliber 6 years ago. I provide rentals and concierge services to those looking to get the most out of their vacation. Originally a Georgia girl, but has always been an island girl at heart.

Theresa Williams is a Turks and Caicos Island girl. She grew up on the island and then left to go to school in Miami. After college she decided to return home and use her skills to promote her home. After running family businesses for a few years decided a change was in need. We met and started working together. We look forward to providing you with a wonderful vacation

Excellent introduction to Caribbean. Great accomodation so handy to beach and Turtle Cove. Husband very impressed with Golf Course. Good restaurants favourite being "Coco Bistro" so friendly and excellent service.
House roomy clean great pool and BBQ area with an excellent vista to ocean............Loved it.
Will be going back real soon.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Tourists without a Car, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Great place, convenient to all amenities

Paradise ridge was a great place for my family to stay, close to the main supermarket on the island which makes shopping a lot easier, beach basically at the end of the stairs down from the property and we could walk to some of the best snorkeling that we have ever done! Due to the layout of the house everyone could find a place to relax, we were very well looked after by the booking company, we will come back to Turks next year,

Great Place for Children

We had a fantastic time staying at this villa. Being on a ridge it has awesome views of the ocean but it is still only about a four minute walk to Grace Bay beach. The children loved to play on the white sandy beach and I loved to relax around the pool with a pina colada. The villa is massive with lots of room for everyone. I especially liked the fact that it had a large playroom on the first level with a pergola just outside to have dinner and watch the sunset. The kids loved the lawn to run around and a playground set out the back door. Our favorite restaurant we tried was the Coco Bistro which was great for food and ambiance. We will definitely come back again next year.
