This is the ideal holiday home for a large party or several families, with the golden sands of Croyde beach within walking distance along the beach path with excellent local pubs & restaurants on your doorstep. The superb accommodation offers SIX bedrooms. This large bungalow is set in its own level enclosed garden, with separate dedicated BBQ area, large decked patio which can be a real suntrap in the summer! An electric awning provides shade. The accommodation is of a high standard throughout and will ensure a very comfortable stay.

There is a children's toy box with a variety of games and toys. The spacious sitting/dining room is extremely comfortable.

Kitchen:: Well appointed kitchen with snug breakfast table, electric hob and oven, extractor hood, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and ironing board, 4-slice toaster. Separate laundry rooms hold a washing machine, clothes drier, dishwasher, and have space for coats and wellies, etc.
