Skip this house. We stayed in the "main" house, and while the location is excellent, the photos of the home you see here must be 5 years old or more. The home is in need of some major TLC, and even that will not cure some of the problems.
First, the home was dirty and poorly-maintained. The exterior is peeling and crumbling in places, and interior repairs have been few and poorly done. For example, the bath towel/TP fixtures have been replaced, but the holes from the older parts were not patched. The new stuff was even falling off the walls; I pulled a towel ring off while drying my hands.
The downstairs "bedrooms" are tiny and more like converted storage spaces. No dressers, no real storage for guests' clothes or belongings. Prepare to live from your suitcase. They also have NO heat, and only thru-wall style AC units that are sloppily installed and very old and noisy. My quarters even had a roach problem - I kid you not. I unpacked my suitcases outside when I got home for fear the critters jumped the border with me. Not to mention the fly graveyard in the window track.
The list of complaints is basically too long to list here. I do wish I could share my photos of the issues, however I am prohibited from leaving contact info in this review. Sorry.
In closing - stay elsewhere. You can do far better for your money. Renting these homes isn't cheap, and it's a shame to pay Marriot prices for what amounts to an old Motel 6.
