A stunning location with fabulous balcony views across Croyde Burrows to the Sea and Hartland Point. This beautiful, spacious apartment offers comfort and style, within walking distance of Croyde's golden, sandy beach and village centre with its excellent pubs, restaurants and surf shops. Set in lovely landscaped gardens, just a few minutes walk from the beach and with riding stables and the Cascades fun pool on your doorstep; this is a superb holiday home with all the amenities of Croyde close by and championship golf courses, the Tarka cycle trail and all that glorious North Devon has to offer within easy reach by car. Situated on the first floor, there is a communal access via entry phone and carpeted stairs to the front door. Through the front door is a small lobby with space for coats, then into the light airy corridor which runs through the apartment.

Nearest Train: Barnstaple at 9 Miles
Nearest Beach: beach at 0.1 Miles

Croyde Bay is a beautiful sheltered beach with the headlands of Baggy point and Saunton Downs at each end. The beach is flat with golden sand, there are some rock pools and of course the fantastic surf. It is the perfect 'bucket and spade' beach for children. Next to the beach are a cafe and shop, toilets and showers, car parking, a surf school and a horse riding school. The village of Croyde is lovely with lots of thatched cottages and older houses. There is Crydda stream which flows through the village, near to the cottage, and out to sea. There are three good pubs (The Thatch, Billy Budds and Manor) as well as Hobb's Bistro for the more refined tastes, a couple of restaurants and various shops. There are plenty of places to visit and things to do whatever the weather for all ages.
