One and a half miles from the golden sandy beaches of Croyde & Putsborough and within easy reach of Saunton & Woolacombe. The village has two great pubs for eating out and a well-stocked village shop & Post Office all within walking distance – a great base for your beach holiday or to explore the delights of North Devon & Exmoor. The property is modern and well appointed with wooden floors throughout. Light, bright and comfortably furnished, it offers delightful elevated views of the surrounding village and countryside beyond. Three steps up to the front door, enter the property into the hallway with doors off to bedrooms, bathroom and living area, storage cupboard for coats, footwear etc.

The beaches at Croyde and Woolacombe regularly win awards for cleanliness and safety and are manned by lifeguards throughout the summer months. Most of the region appears to be untouched by time as sleepy, windy lanes reveal thatched roofed cottages and historic buildings and villages such as Lynton in the north of the region and Clovelly in the south. The village of Croyde has many examples of cob walled, thatched cottages. Croyde is ideally located within easy reach of the harbours of Clovelly and Lynmouth which are also perfect places to relax. Meander through the streets of Lynmouth and take a ride on the unique water powered cliff railway to the twin town of Lynton which is perched high on the cliffs. Clovelly is another of the prettiest coastal village where it feels as if time stood still. The only means of transport on these famous cobbled streets are donkeys and sleds. There are beaches at Woolacombe, Combe Martin, Putsborough, Croyde and Saunton, near Braunton.

Well equipped, fitted kitchen with separate under counter fridge & freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric oven/grill and ceramic hob. French windows lead from the kitchen to a lovely raised deck area, ideal for outside entertaining and barbeques.

Garden: The pretty, enclosed garden has two seating areas – the raised deck with garden furniture just outside the kitchen/diner and an additional patio area with its own wooden picnic table. The rest of the garden is mainly lawn with some attractive shrubs planted – a great place to relax and unwind, enjoy the views, soak up the sun & for children and dogs to play.
