'Greenlands' is located in a quiet setting on Castle Point in prestigious and private Tucker's Town, with panoramic views of Castle Harbour. The property is only a five-minute walk to three beautiful and private South Shore beaches and the famous Mid Ocean Club. Entrance foyer with powder room, large living room with working fireplace, large dining room, which seats ten people comfortably, with French doors leading onto an extensive terrace overlooking the secluded private pool, grounds, and Castle Harbour. Large modern eat-in kitchen. Four bedrooms, each with full bath, two with king sized beds, two with twin beds that can be made into king. This home is perfect for a family vacation, reunion or for several couples to enjoy.

Additional information about rental rates

  • MONTHLY RATES ARE AVAILABLE (AND MOST OF OUR RENTALS ARE MONTHLY) AS FOLLOWS:
    Spring: April through May $15,750/month
    Summer: June, July and August $20,750 per month
    Fall: September through November $15,750
    Winter: January through March $12,750
    MONTHLY RATE INCLUDES: Housekeeper service 4 hours/5 days per week, pool maintenance, gardening, digital Cable HD flat screen TV, basic monthly charge for 2 phone lines, including use of fax machine on one phone line, and high speed DSL internet access, plus electricity up to $500. ADDITIONAL CHARGES will be billed to you for electricity in excess of $500 and long distance phone calls.
  • DAILY RATES ARE $875/day.
    **IMPORTANT TO NOTE** Bermuda Government charges a 7.5% 'occupancy tax' which will be added to your bill.

    PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ALL RENTALS: $2,500 deposit due on signing rental contract by personal check, wire transfer or bank draft. Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit is returned in full if cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival. All payment is forfeit if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Renters should purchase trip insurance if there is any chance they may have to cancel their reservation within 30 days of arrival FOR ANY REASON.
  • CAR is available at $900 per month for renters who have a Bermuda driver's license.
