Beautiful large villa in Begur, apt for 8 to 10 people, with private pool and with almost direct access to the beach of Playa de Pals! This very stylish villa is that close to the beach that you can walk to it within 2 minutes. The house got a large kitchen with dining area, living, four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, several terraces, a beautiful garden, large private pool (6 x 12 meters), table tennis, parking on own premises and a spectacular view to the Mediterranean Sea. This very charming villa got the atmosphere from the old unexplored Costa Brava. You got very much privacy, several terraces with both sun and shade and a large pool with Roman stairs. There is a lovely porch with bodega with fridge and a long table to have an excellent place for lunch or diner. Of course equipped with a barbecue. The living area is spacious and got a direct connection to one of the large terraces, with fantastic view at the beach and sea. Besides the seating, there is a television with DVD

Begur and its surroundings are often referred to as the Spanish Riviera, the reason being that it is the most exclusive area on the Spanish Costa Brava. Here you will not find the usual typical blocks of large hotels nor noisy camping grounds. This area is known for its exclusive horizon of villas which overlook the serene valleys and peaceful bays.   • All together there are 4 bedrooms for two people each, spread over two levels. At the first floor you’ll find the master bedroom, with clothing part and bathroom en-suite. This bathroom got a shower and a bath as well. Also the second bedroom is on this level and this one got it’s bathroom en-suite as well. At the ground floor you will find the third and fourth double bedroom, sharing the third bathroom. In the corridor of this floor you will find two beds to accommodate the 9th and 10th person. Because these are not in a bedroom, we allow just a maximum of 8 adults, plus 2 children.

This very charming villa got the atmosphere from the old unexplored Costa Brava. You got very much privacy, several terraces with both sun and shade and a large pool with Roman stairs. There is a lovely porch with bodega with fridge and a long table to have an excellent place for lunch or diner. Of course equipped with a barbecue.

The living area is spacious and got a direct connection to one of the large terraces, with fantastic view at the beach and sea. Besides the seating, there is a television, DVD player, desk, fire place and lots of books. The kitchen is fully equipped. A dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine, ironing board and much more. Around the house and even on top of it are terraces, to make you enjoy the climate so close to the sea.

The situation of the villa on top of the rocks of Sa Punta, between Sa Riera and Platja de Pals, is really unique. If you use the stairs between the plots to the beach, you will be there in just 2 minutes! Also to buy the most necessary things for breakfast or to go to a restaurant, you just have to walk 2 or 3 minutes. But still you got the rest and privacy you may expect from a villa like this, because of it’s location above the rocks. In just a few minutes by car you will be at the superb golf court of Platja de Pals.
