Bright, open & spacious floor plan boasts 1720 sq. ft. fully renovated with large windows & skylights to enjoy the views of nature. 2 bdrm house, den & 2 baths. Maple kitchen features center island & eating bar. Separate dining room. Den / office with desk, high speed internet, cable & phone for local calls.

Private master-suite (queen 4 poster bed) has it's own living-room, en-suite bath & cozy wood burning fireplace. Private laundry / own entrance. Large sundeck.

Second bdrm new queen bed, closet & armoire.

New flooring,hardwood throughout, tiles in bathrooms.

Canoe & bike rentals available for reasonable rates.

We are centrally located to parks, rivers, lakes, golf, horseback riding, hiking, biking trails & local shops, theater & community center. Local bus 1 block away.

About Allan Mitchell and Julia Shields

My husband and I have lived in beautiful British Columbia all of our lives. We moved to Maple Ridge 12 years ago. Allan is a captain of a local Fire dept. I am a Yoga, Pilates & fitness instructor and studio owner of Free Spirit Yoga & Pilates.

We love to travel the world and respect and understand the needs of travelers. We live approx 20 minutes away from our vacation retreat home and are happy to help you plan your trip and offer advise and assistance. We are outdoor enthusiasts, love hiking, biking, canoeing, camping and exploring this wonderful world we live in.

We chose to buy and live in this area because of the natural beauty. We are centrally located to rivers, mountains, lakes and mother nature is at our doorstep yet we are 45 km to Vancouver, the ocean and mountains. We feel we have it all living here in Maple Ridge.

What makes this house unique

Peaceful, serene, natural setting with great neighbors that respect your needs for privacy but are there when you need them. We love the french doors, wood burning fireplace and views of mother nature and the forest from every window. We are just a few minutes drive from many local lakes, Whonnock, Stave, Hayward, Pitt and Alouette as well as great fishing rivers and hiking trails. We love sitting on the back deck watching the birds, squirrels and deer and tending to our flower gardens.
