Previous guests to Nirvana! Please note that the upstairs portion of the house is now available for rent. The property will transition from the previouse 3-bedroom with a guest house configuration, to a 7 -bedroom with a guest house configuration.
As such, the upstairs portion is available to rent separately only if a reservation currently exists for the downstairs portion of the property. If a reservation does not exist for the downstairs portion, a new reservation can only be made for both the upstairs and downstaris configuratjion, with or without the guest house.
Leave all your cares behind as you enter Casa Nirvana, Océano's largest beachfront vacation rental. Casa Nirvana is a new 8 bedroom, 6 bath, two story home. It is completely self-contained with many architectural amenities and almost every room has a gorgeous view of the ocean. It has 7 bedrooms, 6 with ocean views and private patio access, and 4 baths. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths and the lower level has 3-bedrooms and 2 baths. The upper level master bedroom has a king bed, private bath, and excellent sea views. The second and third ocean view bedrooms have 1 queen and 2 queen beds respectively. The fourth bedroom has a queen futon. The lower level master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bath with double sinks.
The lower level also has a second bedroom with a queen bed and a third bedroom with two queen beds and two closets. The lower level second bath also has double sinks and is located next to these bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, and all small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave.
The great room/kitchen area has a TV monitor, VCR, CD, DVD player, breakfast bar, large glass top dining table and a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include laundry room access, central heating and cooling, a large front patio with steps to the beach, and outdoor furniture. Situated on the same property as Nirvana, is this nice one bedroom guest house, which may be rented separately or along with the larger home. The guest house has a queen size bed in the bedroom, a bath with shower, and an excellent view of the Sea of Cortez. The living room/kitchen/eating area has a great view with a love seat, breakfast table and chairs and a kitchenette.
