Property abuts state land with access to One-Stone Lake. Property also contains 2-acres of duck ponds. Location is prime setting for hunting and fishing. Property is located 15 mins off Hwy 17, directly in between Rhinelander & Eagle River.
Cabin was built with trees harvested from property. Interior was constructed with post & beam style that is 100% unique and absolutely stunning. Hardwood floors are of oak, maple, and hickory.
Cabin has 1,600 Sq. Ft. with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 loft. Sleeps 8 very comfortably. The covered porch extends the length of cabin and faces south. Another 4-season porch faces the lake and is fully enclosed with thermo-pane glass. Kitchen is fully equipped with, hot water, microwave, range, oven, and chest style refrigerator. Bathroom has shower, vanity, toilet, and backup heater. Gas grill is available and we provide 1 tank of propane.
Six solar panels and 8 deep cycle batteries power cabin. Fully wired with house outlets and conventional lights that provide power to the cabin 24/7. Woodshed has backup generator that automatically kicks on in low sun power situations. Living room has gas fireplace controlled by thermostat. The lake porch has Vermont Castings wood stove.
This is a truly breathtaking cabin, which has remote and stunning views of Columbus Lake. Privacy is unprecedented, and will yield a truly refreshing vacation and much needed break from the hectic work week!! The sunsets viewed from the sun porch are priceless.
The lake has a sandy bottom and the water is tea stained in color. Jet skis and water skiing is perfect on this lake. A 14 foot aluminum boat (with oars only) are available for your use. Bring or rent a motor.

Access--
Private dirt road is 2 miles long. the last driveway off of Sacred Place. A 4WD vehicle is helpful to traverse the long dirt road.
