The building is the imposing former vicarage for the first and last parish in England. It is constructed out of local granite and can give accommodation for 2-11 people. The sea views from the property are spectacular and exted to the Isles of Scilly and no fewer than 4 lighthouses on a clear day. Since the property is located on a peninsula there are far reaching sea views from five out of the six bedrooms plus beautiful views from the conservatory. The property is located close to Whitesand Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Cornwall and part of the South West coastal path which goes from The Lizard to St Ives. The area is very popular with families, walkers and surfers. Within easy driving distance of the property are numerous other varied and charming coves and beaches. Property is located in Sennen - local facilities - a post office, general store, pub and church are all within 5 minutes walk of the house. In Sennen Cove (5 minutes drive) there is an additional local store, art gallery, restaurant, pub, cafe and fish and chips shop. The nearest town is St Just (approx 4 miles) where you will find a co-op store plus a baker, butcher, deli and greengrocer. The nearest main town is Penzance (all amenities). The nearest superstores (Tesco and Morrisons) are on the A30 in Penzance (8 miles). Tesco Direct will deliver to the property. Penzance mainline station (direct links to London Paddington) and Heliport - 8 miles. Small airport near St Just (grass runway) for scenic flights and a scheduled service to the Isles of Scilly. Newquay airport is approximately 1 hour away by car. Local attractions include beautiful beaches and coastal walks, St Michael's Mount, the picturesque fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn.

There are four double bedrooms (one with four poster bed), one twin bedroom and one single bedroom. Three of the bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and there is also a family bathroom. Downstairs there is a conservatory with beautiful views, dining room, kitchen (with gas hob, electric fan oven, microwave, dishwasher), study (with Wi-Fi connection), sitting room and drawing room (with TV & DVD). There is also a utility area with washing machine and tumble dryer and a porch area for surfboards, wetsuits and buckets and spades. A cot and highchair are available on request. The house is set in mature gardens of half an acre with summerhouse, picnic area and water features. There is off street parking for four cars.
