A spacious, brand new contemporary villa with 4 large bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 family bathroom. All bedrooms have king-size double beds. The two master (en-suite) bedrooms are on the upper floor with patio doors accessing a large roof top terrace with sea views. The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the lower floor with patio doors leading to their own terrace. The living areas are large with modern furniture and fittings throughout. There is a large dining table and L-shaped leather sofa in the main living room along with a dining table and chairs on the outside terrace. The whole interior and exterior patio area flooring is locally sourced marble and there is a 9m x 4.5m private pool with extensive sunbathing terraces. The villa is a short walk from the main square of Coveta where you will find a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. The tram stop is even closer by. The sea is at the bottom of the road and a small beach is within walking distance.

Coveta Fuma is a pretty coastal village approximately a 25 minute drive from Alicante Airport. The area is delightfully secluded and somewhat rustic but with all the facilities that make for a relaxing holiday. The main square has a selection of bars and restaurants as well as a small supermarket. Nearby is the bustling town of El Campello with numerous beach side restaurants and bars, banks, local produce market, various shops and a beautiful sandy beach. Stroll around the lovely harbour, watch the fishing boats, take the little train along its coastal routes and visit, Denia, Calpe, Benidorm, Altea, and Villajoyosa. The theme parks of Terra Mittica, Mundomar, and Aqualandia are in Benidorm just 25 minutes away. Golfers will like the courses nearby, particularly Bonalba which is also the closest. There is also a great spa and beauty salon here.

Additional information about rental rates

  • High and mid season lets are Saturday to Saturday. The rates above include linen, bath towels (not beach towels) and a 24 hour contact number. We will require a non refundable deposit of £250.00 per week to secure the booking. Full balance payment must be made 6 weeks prior to your departure along with a refundable security deposit of £400.

    In the low season, our dates of arrival and departure are more flexible. We are happy to consider monthly lets out of season. Please contact for negotiable rates.
  • Airport transfers can be arranged and are provided by family members. Please enquire for further details and rates.
  • As a general rule guests should vacate the villa by 10.30 am and arrive no earlier than 2pm. However should your flight times not suit this we can be more flexible if the cleaning is complete or at least you can drop your luggage off whilst the villa is turned around.

Notes: The entire villa has been furnished to a very high standard with luxury fittings throughout. The living room is spacious with two sets of patio doors leading out onto the main terrace by the pool. It has a large L-shaped leather sofa, stylish coffee table and plenty of mod-cons. There is a 42' plasma screen with freeview satellite TV that includes BBC1, ITV and Channel 4 among many others. There is also a large dining table that can seat 10 people. Wi-fi internet access available. In the kitchen there is a second, informal dining table with 4 chairs for casual dining. Throughout the villa there are examples of contemporary art and sculpture. Out side there is a large covered terrace by the pool for outside dining. On the upper floor there is a very large terrace with steamer chairs for casual pre-dinner drinks watching the sun go down. There is a travel cot available on request as well as a high chair. Please request this when booking.

La Coveta Fuma: La Coveta Fuma is a small village between Alicante & Benidorm, just a few minutes’ drive from El Campello with its stunning palm lined promenade, excellent bars and restaurants and fantastic sandy beaches. Visit the fantastic marina and the lively fish market. Coveta Fuma has a well stocked supermarket and a good selection of bars & restaurants in the village square. It has a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, but is far from being remote, in fact the main scenic coastal railway linking Alicante in the South to Denia in the North is just a short stroll away. Fast, reliable and gloriously cheap, the views are breathtaking; passing through countless towns & villages, Villajoyosa, Altea, Calpe...

Alicante: Accessible in only 20 minutes by car or around 30 minutes on the tram, Alicante is a vibrant and very Spanish city with many unique qualities. It is one of the few cities in Europe to be on the beach! It has a fabulous marina with bars overlooking the fabulous boats moored there. There are lots of interesting shops including El Cortes Ingles which is Spain's principle department store. There are some fabulous restaurants that cater for all tastes and wallets. A visit to the area is not complete with a trip to the Castle of Santa Barbara which is located in the city centre and has stunning far reaching views of the area. Also you absolutely must try and get lost in the winding alleys of the Barrios, preferably in the evening when there are literally dozens of bars and restaurants with people spilling out onto the street - great fr people watching.

Sadly home from a great family holiday. 3 generations of the family loved our stay at Casa Limon. Immaculately presented all the way through it is a beautiful villa ideal for families or groups. Everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday is provided.

The supermarket nearby is well stocked but is up and down hill if you're walking. The closest tram stop is a 5 minute walk away providing a hassle free ride to Alicante one way and Benidorm the other.

Everything in the villa is brand new. Inside and out it is extremely well presented. The pool was fantastic, keeping an energetic 7 year old entertained all week!

All dealings with the owner and his family living handily close to the villa couldn't have been any easier.

From first contact with the owner I have to say he was excellent every detail is looked after so professionally. The villa is better than the photos its like home from home. The pool is just an added bonus fantastic. A car was recomended but I would have to say a car is essential for getting shopping, it is a long haul to the supermarket if your buying for a family and El Campello is a distance on the tram.The village square is a lovely spot to eat and El Campello is a fine town it was lovely to hop on the tram and see the countryside.
I would describe our holiday location as an isolated idyllic spainish village if you want a quiet retreat this is a highly recommended place. I have recommended this villa to friends who dont mind driving, for me however my next spanish holiday would have to be a bit nearer the suburbs of El Campello, Altea, Benidorm as the younger family members tend to get bored and needed a bit more activites and entertainment.

We spent a week at Casa Limon and our only regret is that it wasn't 2 weeks! We have been staying at Villas of varying size and qualiy for the past 6 years and I can quite honestly say that Casa Limon is by far the most perfect Villa that we have had the pleasure of staying in. We hired a car from Alicante Airport and arrived after a short, easy to navigate, half hour drive. Our first impression was WOW and that impression stayed with us for the entire stay. The pool was just beautiful and SO welcoming in the 30degree heat. The decor is stunning, and every appliance you need is at your hand. The HUGE T.V in the living room was a big hit with the children (and the Dads!) The air-con was VERY effective and once you have cooled the bedrooms down for an hour before you go to bed it really isn't necessary to use it again till the morning. If you are thinking of booking this Villa I would say do not think twice..you won't be disappointed!!

Our Little Piece of Heaven

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday in Casa Limon, spent with family and friends, and loved everything about it. The villa was superbly equipped even down to the small details and the location was lovely, if a bit hilly, but we soon got used to it and quite enjoyed our walks into the village square of an evening. We did not hire a car but made use of the bikes available and the excellent tram service which really was so easy and cheap to use. We used the restaurants and bars in the village square and found them to be very reasonably priced and friendly and would definately recommend them.
The customer service received both before and during our stay was excellent and we would definately recommend this villa to friends and family.

Family Holidays are best

The previous reviewers have used most of the superlatives, quite justifiably. I would add that from the moment of first contact with the owner and this local agents (relations), all were a pleasure to deal with. The villa is comprehensively equipped for family holidays for both young and old and the pool provided great enjoyment.
I would recommend that all visitors hire a car as the village is too far to walk for shopping and the local beaches, whilst pretty, are not suitable for children bathing. El Campello has wonderful beaches within 20 mins drive, but parking there is tricky.
Excellent restaurant in the village but beware, it was closed on Saturday night. Do book.
The quality of this villa, as a holiday rental, cannot be overstated.
