Second pool and restaurant on site - children's play area also on the complex. A modern kitchen leads out to separate bbq area. This property comes with underground parking and lift to front door. First time rental, no dogs or animals please. Apartment is luxuriously fitted with air-con and satellite/LCD television. Large private south facing garden for sunbathing. Located two minutes walk from the famous Los Monteros beach. Tennis courts and 24hr security - the complex is very safe. Life guard at the larger graduated pool for July and August. Ideal for families and golfers alike. This property is five minutes from RIo Real, Santa Clara and Santa Maria golf clubs among other.

This property is located in the Los Monteros Valley just on the outskirts of Marbella. Old Marbella town is located just five minutes away and is filled with narrow cobble streets and a variety of beautiful restaurants to suit every pallet and budget. The Beach at Los Monteros stretches to Elviria on the East to Marbella Beach on the West. Water Sports and beautiful chiringuitos can be found all along this 6km stretch of beautiful beach. The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses. The world famous Puerto Banus if 10 minutes drive away with easy access by bus or taxi. A ferry from Marbella port runs on a daily basis to and from Puerto Banus. The tiny /white mountains village of Mijas is only 15/20 minutes drive up into the mountains where the views are spectacular. Elviria, 5 minutes to the east has numerous bars and restaurants including the world famous Nikki Beach and Don Carlos Hotel.

The bedroom number 2 has two single bed which can be put together to make a double bed. Bedroom number three has two single bed with locker and bedside lights. There is also a fold up bed which could be used if needed and a travel cot.
