Everything You Could Ask

We rented the king bed unit from 7/28 - 8/3/12. It is everything described in the listing and more. The location of the Calypso is right at the end of the Rt.90 bridge into Ocean City, so it is easy in/easy out. There is a large grocery store within a block and a half walk and plenty of other places to shop and eat as well.
The unit has it all. From the well-furnished balcony that has a fantastic view and is HUGE to the furnishings, it is all great. The furniture and beds are very comfortable (and I have back issues so that is key to me) and the kitchen is stocked with just about anything you could want. Oh, and there are 2 elevators - a big plus.
The owners grand daughter, Megan (excuse me if its misspelled haha), is a pleasure to work with and helped us tremendously with the new wi-fi they had installed for the unit. (The building itself is not wired so this is a plus). The managers, Sue and Kevin, bend over backwards to make your stay a great one and keep the place in tip top shape.
The only glitch is that the internet is spotty. Megan had a Verizon tech come out and all the equipment is fine. The problem is that the wiring in the building walls is old and the data signal gets lost at times. If you can deal with turning the moden off and waiting a minute and turning back on, the vast majority of times you are good to go for an hour or several. Not a biggie unless you are planning to work the whole time (and that would be a shame given the view and the ease of access to the ocean).
All in all we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this property.
