New 2 bedroom apartment in Fuzeta, between Olhau and Tavira

Large new apartment of 120 m2, 2 bedrooms with 4 large beds(2.20m), 2 bathrooms, open fully equipped kitchen,

terrace with table and chairs, own roof terrace with sunbeds, TV, washing machine/dryer,airco,Garage.

This apartment is very special for people who love peaceful surroundings, walking, cycling, bird watching, swimming and golf.

Golf courses are through out the whole Algarve and not far from this apartment.

Benamor, Quinta de Ria, Quinta de CIma and Castro de Mariem are very near by.

There is a frequently ferry service to the islands where you can swim in the Atlantic ocean and restaurants

where you can have a lovely Portuguese lunch.

There are 2 train stations in Fuzeta, and one on 5 min walking distance, you can go by train to Faro and Vila Real at the east and to Lagos at the west.

The apartment is situated in the famous nature reserve of Ria Formosa, facing the sea with magnificent views

over the islands.You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes or go by ferry to many beaches on the islands.

Fuzeta is a unspoiled Portuguese fisherman village with a centre and several restaurants just 5 minutes walk .

Fezeta has a dockyard and a fishing port where the coming and going of colourful fishing boats and the toil

fishermen are highlights of daily life.

There is a train station, yust 5 min behind the Apartment .

Golf: Golf in Portugal is fantastic.

Around the apartment there are many courses, and the good news is that

the greenfees are gowing down.

  • In the low season period there will be a extra charge for electricity of 35 euro/week
    A deposit of € 200 will be asked in case something is damaged or broken.
    50% of the rental rate has to be on our bank account to be sure your booking is accepted.
    The other 50% has to be paid by arrival.
    If you cancel less than 6 weeks before your arrival date, the price will be 50% of the total rental rate.
    Check in time is 14.00 pm (earlier if possible).
    Check out time is 10.00am.
    Our representative is always available to answer your questions.
    In high season, we only except bokings from Saterday tiil saterday, or Sunday till Sunday.
