Information for First Floor Apartment and Terrace: From opening the front doors climb the stairs to the top where you’ll find on the left the entrance to the first floor apartment. You will immediately enter the Lounge and Dining area.The lounge furniture is new and modern. The television is set up for terrestrial and satellite. There is also a DVD player. We also have a stereo unit with CD player. The telephone and internet is near the dining table which can also be used as a desk. We have tried to supply you with as much as we think you will need to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible. The lounge is open plan and leads into the kitchen. The kitchen is new and completely fitted. You have dishes, pans, cutlery, toaster, kettle, oven and hob, fridge freezer etc. There is plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen leads into a small hall for the main bedroom (br1) and bathroom.The main bedroom on the left has a queen size bed and large wardrobe. The one on the right which is off the main hallway has 2 single beds.

Roof Terrace: The main bathroom which is adjacent to the main bedroom has a toilet, sink, shower and corner bath and is all new. There is also an en-suite connected to bedroom 2. At the top of the stairs is a terrace room. We have fitted this room out with a small working kitchen. It houses the washing machine and hot water tank for the first floor apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with glasses, dishes, pans, small fridge, etc. It has 2 sinks with only the left one plumbed in. There is a hob built into the worktop. The terrace room has been designed to allow you to make full use of the beautiful terrace and we hope you think so you should have no need to carry dishes, glasses, food or drinks up the stairs. The door leading to the terrace has a security gate. The terrace has a metal table and chairs, loungers and other seating. There is an outside light and power point so you can enjoy the terrace in the evening. A CD player is provided.

The main bathroom which is adjacent to the main bedroom has a toilet, sink, shower and corner bath and is all new. There is also an en-suite connected to bedroom 2.
