Stylish, refurbished apartment just 300 metres away from Trastevere Avenue, in the heart of Rome. Extremely comfortable and peaceful. Excellently connected to all parts of the city. All amenities and conveniences included (LCD TV set, DVD reader, a/c electric rolling shutters, steam iron, hair dryer and a very well-equipped kitchen: microwave oven, washing machine, bread toaster, oven, American coffee machine, fridge freezer, etc.). Excellent public transport connections: from Fiumicino Airport take the train (26 minutes) to Trastevere Railway Station and then a 3 minute-walk will lead you to the apartment. From the bus stop situated in front of the building it only takes a 5 minute bus ride to reach the centre of Rome (Piazza Venezia). From Trastevere Railway Station it takes 10 minutes by train to get to the Saint Peter’s Station. The famous Porta Portese market (open every Sunday morning) is located within 2 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

Great Honeymoon Stay

We had a great time in this apartment, which was exactly as described in the listing.

It's extremely close to both the Trastavere station and bus lines that run you right into the center of town in less than ten minutes. The buses also come frequently -- so it was very convenient.

The owner is a really nice guy who was very understanding when we encountered difficulties withdrawing cash in Italy.

We had a great time in this cozy place on our honeymoon -- for the price and location, it's a wonderful place.

Der Vermieter nennt seine Wohnung "Petite home in Rome". Zu recht! Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Angaben haben alle gestimmt, die Ausstattung beinhaltete sogar einen Laptop mit Internetzugang! Der allgemeine Zustand war sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter betreute uns vorbildlich und wir waren durch seine vorherigen Angaben sehr gut vorbereitet.
Ich kann die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung empfehlen. Das Stadtviertel Trastevere ist sehr "volkstümlich" und trotzdem der ideale Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
